Latinos/as Are Definitely Defined as Latinos/as because they belong to a national or ethnic groups that speaks Spanish. Spanish is the second largest language spoken in America, and Third in the World After English and Arabic and Chinese!
SO Obviously, the Latinos have a larger majority group which is quite large! that they can identify with. That in itself is empowering and boosts self-esteem.
Mulatto and Mixed people who dont identify as Latino need to learn to commune and unite from the Latino Population.
More Latin Stories in America
Its Interesting how the Practically Native Looking Mexican Says He "wants to be White but he's brown" How ever He is a Beautiful Tan Golden Complexion! He's not even brown by the way.
and Why does he want to be white? No way.
Also Its Obvious Here That a Still Occurring PROBLEM in the Latin Community is the Continued Racism and Colorism that plagues The Latin Community, to the point where it is outwardly and freely spoken about and it obviously negatively affects their self-esteem. Especially if they are non-white Latinos. Its a Shame that this hasnt been squashed yet, since it is the modern day future. It sounds like they are stuck in the colonial past in that context.
On the Positive Note, Many Mixed and Tan or Brown Latinos especially, can Identify similarly to various cultures and are even forced to adapt to different cultural identities, and also feel like they exist in an in-between state of humanity. One things for sure, the God that created All of us Does not even focus on any of this. Another Thing is for sure, Latinos definitely have a higher privelidge, partly because of their SPanish Language, of being a part of a larger, more respected Ethnic group in the world. That is something, they have to understand, that Mixed and Mulattos, dont get the privelidge of having. They are spoiled in that way.
