BODY BUILDING SUPER HEROS
Notable mixed-race bodybuilders include athletes who have achieved success at the professional level, such as winning major titles like Mr. or Ms. Olympia, or gaining widespread recognition for their achievements.
Male bodybuilders
Kevin Levrone: A legendary IFBB Pro and a four-time Mr. Olympia runner-up. He is of Italian-American and African-American heritage.
Dave Bautista: Before becoming a popular actor and WWE superstar, Bautista was a bodybuilder. He is the son of a Filipino father and a Greek mother.
Nathan DeAsha: Nathan De Asha is an IFBB professional bodybuilder and sponsored athlete from Liverpool, England. He made his pro debut in 2016, and has since competed at Mr Olympia and won 2 professional competitions. Growing up, Nathan lived in a poor area of Liverpool where his single mother parent struggled to make ends meet.
Chris Dickerson: The first Black Mr. America winner and a former Mr. Olympia champion. Dickerson had mixed-race heritage, including Native American ancestry.
Tony Mount: A two-time Professional Mr. Universe Champion, Mount is of English and Cypriot descent.



Female bodybuilders
Andrea Shaw: Dominating women's bodybuilding in recent years, she has won multiple Ms. Olympia titles since 2020. Shaw is of African-American heritage.
Yeshaira Robles: a Mixed Latina Yeshaira Robles Rivera is a well-known American IFBB Pro fitness and figure competitor in the bikini category and a fitness model. Of Puerto Rican descent, she was born in The Bronx, New York City, on December 29, 1982. She is also known as a designer for her husband's clothing line, Conviction Bodybuilding Apparel, and a mother.
Robles began her journey in the fitness industry as a spectator at a competition in 2007, falling in love with the sport according to Muscle & Fitness. She started competing as an amateur at the 2010 NPC NY Metropolitan, finishing in fourth place. She earned her IFBB Pro card by winning the 2011 NPC Team Universe Bikini competition and subsequently achieved numerous first-place victories on the IFBB circuit, including the 2012 IFBB Valenti Gold Cup Pro and the 2013 IFBB New York Pro.

Tiffany Upshaw is an American bikini competitor and model, formerly associated with Optimum Nutrition and American Body Building
. According to NPC News Online, she began competing between 2003-2004, taking a break to focus on her family before returning to the competitive circuit in the bikini category around 2012. Her background includes competitive figure skating and track in high school, and she started weight training due to a back injury at 17, and her goal to reshape her physique.
Upshaw has a history of competition, particularly in the NPC (National Physique Committee) circuit, competing in events such as the NPC National Championships and the IFBB North American Championships between 2012 and 2013.
Upshaw is also a wife, mother of three, and salon owner.

Will Tennyson: A Canadian fitness influencer and bodybuilder known for his YouTube content. He has mentioned being mixed-race and has a large social media following.
Jujimufu (Jon Call): Known for his unique blend of strength, acrobatics, and bodybuilding, Call has a large online presence and is of mixed heritage.
